The entire contents of the www.travelkit.eu website including design elements and web graphics, images, is the property of Travelkit and is protected under copyright law. Use of any of the items listed above without the written consent of the owner is punishable under the laws in force.
2. Objective
Travelkit created the www.travelkit.eu site to inform all customers about the products offered by it. Your use of the site is subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of access and use detailed below throughout this site as well as the applicable laws and regulations in force. When accessing, visiting or using the www.travelkit.eu website, you accept by default and unconditionally these terms and conditions.

These pages represent a general overview of the range of Travelkit products distributed in Romania and do not attract the responsibility of the company.
The products and services are offered in the form they come from the manufacturers, and also within the available stock limit. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the site, but we do not assume liability for possible errors. Travelkit can not guarantee the availability in stock of all the products presented.
The images posted on the site have a presentation title, and the delivered products may sometimes differ from images presented in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.). Travelkit and its suppliers reserve the right to change the technical specifications of the products without prior notice. The descriptions of the products presented on the website www.travelkit.eu are made available to us by the representatives of each producer.
Any claim regarding the status of the products will be brought to the attention of Travelkit within 24 hours of receipt, and will be settled amicably. If the conflict has not been settled amicably, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction, the parties having jurisdiction over the courts in Bucharest. The customer fully assumes these risks once they order one or more of our products.
4. Limiting Price Liability
Prices do not include delivery costs, unless expressly specified. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as the one set by the sales consultant when the order is confirmed as a firm order. We mention that there is no minimum order price limit.
Travelkit also reserves the right to change the sale prices of the products presented.
5. Terms of Use of the Site
Travelkit grants permission to use the site www.travelkit.eu under the following conditions:
- The User undertakes to use the information on www.travelkit.eu only for personal interest, without having the right to download or partially or completely modify the site, to reproduce it in whole or in part, to copy , to sell / resell or exploit the Site in any other manner, for commercial purposes or contrary to Travelkit's interests without its written consent.

8. Payment Methods:
Depending on on your country of residence and the products ordered, one or several of the following payment methods will be available:
a) Cash on Delivery
Payment will be made if you wish to pay cash when delivered by your express courier. In this case, you must specify whether the delivery address is the same as your billing address. If this is different please do not forget to specify the delivery address to the order completion option.
b) Online Payment by Credit or Debit Card
Payment by Credit or Debit Card online, operated by Braintree, a Paypal Service.
9. Delivery of products
Orders are delivered by courier and the parcel will arrive at the address specified within 3-7 days. Note: due to the courier company's program, orders are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays and deliveries are made only on business days and in the time range 10 - 17.
10. Product warranties
All productssold, except for consumables, are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Law 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees as well as the commercial policies of the producers. The products are new in their original packaging and come from sources licensed by each manufacturer. Warranty certificates are either issued directly by the manufacturer if they have a national service network or are issued by Travelkit. The lack of the product warranty certificate must be signaled within 48 hours of receipt of the goods at the address [email protected]. Any subsequent referral will not be considered. In the event of a fault, the products, accompanied by the Travelkit Warranty Certificate, will be sent to the service and warranty address below:

The warranty of the defective product will be honored either directly by Travelkit for products imported directly by us, or by our collaborators. Without presenting the related documents, the products will not be covered by warranty.
General conditions for granting the waranty: In order to benefit from the waranty, it is necessary to keep the document proving the purchase of the product from our company, namely the invoice and / or the invoice received on purchase, as well as the warranty certificate and / or warranty offered at the purchase of the product dated and stamped by the representative of the shop where it was purchased. The commercial warranty is 1 year. Any complaints / complaints about product deficiencies will be addressed to the shop where you purchased the product with the presentation of the original beacon / certificate of guarantee together with your tax and / or tax invoice. The claimed product must contain all the elements necessary to identify the fiscal invoice, label, packaging or marked on the invoice. If the product is found to be incompatible with the product, the consumer has the right to request that the product be replaced with an identical one if its repair / repair is not possible and if replacement is no longer possible, the consumer will refund the product its purchase, with the assumption that claims are impossible or disproportionate to the state of the product. The remedy can be determined by negotiating between the seller and the buyer. The warranty period for the product begins to run from its sale and is extended by the expiration date from the date the consumer brought the product to repair / remedy the defects / deficiencies until the previous repositioning or replacement. The commercial guarantee provided does not affect the consumers' rights conferred by the legislation in force, namely Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees and GO no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The warranty is granted only for manufacturing or material damage and does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as the transport of unconventional objects, negligence in handling, accidents, contact with abrasive surfaces or sharp and / or sharp objects, solvents, acids, wear normal or damage caused by transportation, including those due to the handling of air transport services. The warranty is limited to the value of the product. Travelkit is relieved of the warranty obligation if it is found that the products in question have been improperly handled or stored, used for purposes other than those for which they were manufactured / sold, have undergone immersions in liquids, mechanical shocks, thermal or any nature or have come into contact with substances whose use is not required for use. In order to benefit from the warranty, the customer will have to: i) present with the product in question to the service center; (ii) provide proof of payment or warranty (original and complete); (iii) complete a formal complaint accompanying report for non-compliant products. In their absence, the claim can not be considered valid and will not be considered.
11. Exclusion of warranty obligations
The warranty is lost for: damage to the material (any physical damage including scratches, cuts etc.) resulting from the usual use of the product; overloading luggage over the weight allowed by the manufacturer; use / handling / storage / improper storage, under improper conditions; changing the use / use of the product; overloading and non-observance of maintenance / use instructions; unauthorized repairs / modification / change of original product features; exposure to weathering, damage caused by various accidents, mechanical, thermal, chemical, etc. as a result of user negligence / inattention; non-observance of the instructions for use / maintenance; not presenting the tax receipt and / or the tax invoice accompanied by the warranty certificate when requesting repair. Travelkit is relieved of liability if the failure is caused by the consumer's failure to comply with the installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, handling, transport and storage instructions contained in the documentation accompanying the product.
Therefore, the warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Using other supplies or accessories than those indicated by Travelkit in the documentation accompanying the product;
- Damage to the product as a result of inappropriate use, including: treatments that result in damage or physical aesthetic or surface changes; non-installation or non-use of the product for its normal purpose; not keeping the product as instructed; repair or attempt to repair the equipment by people not authorized by Travelkit; negligence in use; accidents, fires, liquids, chemicals, other substances, floods, vibrations, overheating, dust, inadequate ventilation, voltage drops, incorrect power supply, radiation, electrostatic discharge, and other external forces and shocks. chips deterioration (cracked, scratched, broken);
12. Right of return of products
The Customer has the right to renounce the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product, notifying Travelkit in writing and returning the purchased product with all the accessories and without showing any trace of deterioration or wear. The customer will bear the all shipping charges according to the law.
Returns can only be done for new, unused products that have not undergone any changes.

Return the product either by presenting yourself personally at the address above from Monday to Friday between 9 am - 8 pm or by courier, sending your parcel at your own expense and without requesting any cash on delivery payments. Please include in the parcel (or bring with you) the invoice attesting to the purchase of the product and a copy of the buyer's identity card, which you note "Request the return of the products from ..." and no. your account in IBAN format (the account in which the order value is to be returned).
The counter value of the products will be fully refunded, but will not calculate any commissions that may arise from bank transactions. Estimated return time for products is 14 days, but in most cases, this transaction can be reduced to just a few days.
Kindlynote: we will not receive any parcels / shipments whose shipping charges have not been paid by the sender. We will not receive parcels requiring cash on delivery payments. The customer is responsible any damage or product loss during or following the shipment for returning the products to Travelkit.
13. Personal data processing.
13.1. This section specifies the conditions under which personal data is processed.
13.2. According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, modified and completed, TRAVELKIT has the obligation to administer safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us.
13.3. The purpose of data collection is:
- informing Clients / Buyers about the situation of their Account including the validation, dispatch and billing of the Orders, resolving the cancellations or problems of any kind related to an Order, the Goods and / or the purchased services,
- sending periodic newsletters and / or alerts, using electronic mail (e-mail, SMS)
- Market research, tracking and sales monitoring and Customer / Buyer behavior.
13.4. By completing the Account Creation and / or Order form, the Buyer declares and accepts unconditionally that his or her personal data are included in the TRAVELKIT database and expressly and unequivocally agrees that all such personal data be stored, used and processed for the purpose set out in point 13.3 above.
13.5. By reading the Document, you are aware that you are guaranteed the rights provided by the law, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene, the right of opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to address justice in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by the Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data.

13.7.1. rectification, update, blocking or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;
13.7.2. the transformation into anonymous data of data whose processing does not comply with Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data;
13.7.3. notification to third parties to whom the data have been disclosed, if such notification is not impossible or does not involve a disproportionate effort to the legitimate interest that might be harmed.
13.8. Also, TRAVELKIT may provide the personal data of the Buyer to other companies with whom it is in partnership, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment on their part and only for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 16.3, which guarantees that these data are kept secure and that this personal information is provided in accordance with applicable law, as follows: to courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment / bank service providers, telemarketing or other services provided by companies with which we can develop joint programs for the market of our Assets and Services, insurers.
13.9. By completing personal data, including CNP, on the Site, for the purpose of lending, the Buyer expressly agrees that the legal entities with which TRAVELKIT has entered into partnerships for marketing activities will process their personal data on their own records the purpose of performing marketing activities.
13.10. The Personal Purchaser's information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other competent bodies of the state, on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.
