Product Returns

The Customer has the right to renounce the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 days of receipt of the product, notifying Travelkit in writing and returning the purchased product with all the accessories and without showing any trace of deterioration or wear. The customer will bear the all shipping charges according to the law.

Returns can only be done for new, unused products that have not undergone any changes.

To notify your intention to return a product, please fill out the return form here and send it by email to [email protected] You will receive a return code by email, which you can write down on the AWB of the courier (in the comments box) if you choose to ship the product by courier or bring it with you if you return your personal product. The return code is proof of Travelkit's agreement to return the product. Please note, in the absence of this code we will not receive any products you want to return.

Return the product either by presenting yourself personally at the address above from Monday to Friday between 9 am - 6 pm or by courier, sending your parcel at your own expense and without requesting any cash on delivery payments. Please include in the parcel (or bring with you) the invoice attesting to the purchase of the product and a copy of the buyer's identity card, together with your account number in IBAN format (the account in which the order value is to be returned).

The counter value of the products will be fully refunded, but will not calculate any commissions that may arise from bank transactions. Estimated return time for products is 14 days, but in most cases, this transaction can be reduced to just a few days.

Kindly note: we will not receive any parcels / shipments whose shipping charges have not been paid by the sender. We will not receive parcels requiring cash on delivery payments. The customer is responsible any damage or product loss during or following the shipment for returning the products to Travelkit.
